Our Sourdough Batard is made from the same mildly tangy dough used for our baguette, but arrives in an oval shape. Its golden ridged crust and nontraditional shape make it a unique table bread - perfect to accompany soups, stews and most hearty entrées. Slice the Sourdough Batard for great rustic sandwiches.

Roasted Garlic
Batard



Slivers of garlic are lightly roasted in extra virgin olive oil before being folded into our classic French Baguette dough. A whisper of Spanish paprika complements the sweetness of our Roasted Garlic Batard. Split the top and sprinkle a touch of sea salt and parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350° for three minutes to make a delicious new "homemade" garlic bread.
