Kalamata Olive
Boule

Our Kalamata Olive Boule offers the perfect blend of bread and olives. A crisp crust envelops a light and chewy texture loaded with a blend of chopped black Kalamata and oil-cured Moroccan olives. A sprinkling of fresh thyme contributes to the subtle fragrance. Perfectly aged, for the flavor to permeate the roll.

Pompeii Boule

A traditional peasant bread, our Pompeii Boule is made with Sourdough and has a slightly tangy flavor and light texture.

Rosemary Boule

Fresh rosemary is baked into the Sourdough of our Rosemary Boule rendering a lovely aroma and slightly complex flavor.

Sourdough Boule
