Our Sourdough Batard is made from the same mildly tangy dough used for our Baguette, but arrives in an oval shape. Its golden ridged crust and nontraditional shape make it a unique table bread - perfect to accompany soups, stews and most hearty entrées. Slice the Sourdough Batard for great rustic sandwiches.
